Al-Arzen is a youth-led non-profit reshaping Karachi through food security, women's empowerment, and community collaboration — one block, one shelter, one shared meal at a time.

We are a dynamic, youth-led organization focused on creating lasting social impact in Karachi. We drive change through initiatives addressing food security, empowering women economically, and fostering community collaboration.
Our growing network of young leaders is committed to reshaping the future through innovative, community-driven solutions — building a place where every volunteer feels the joy and fulfillment of serving their city.
Hot meals and food boxes to the streets and shelters that need them most.
Skill-building and economic pathways for women across Karachi.
Storytelling circles and partnerships that knit the city closer.
A year of partnerships, drives and quiet conversations — captured here as a portfolio of what a small team of young people can do.
Al-Arzen began with a bold vision: to step beyond our comfort zones and create something bigger than ourselves. We dreamt of a place where every volunteer could feel the joy and fulfillment of serving the community.
That small dream has grown into a network of 100+ volunteers reaching orphanages, women's shelters, and the streets of Karachi — proving that youth-led change is not a promise for tomorrow. It's happening now.
Drives, storytelling circles, planning sessions, weekend distributions — there's a role for every skill and every schedule.
